Covolute Software License Agreement 1. Definitions "Software" refers to covolute package and all its associated code, documentation, and materials "Free Tier" refers to the limited-use version of the Software "Premium Tier" refers to the paid subscription version of the Software "Licensor" refers to Covolute "Licensee" refers to any individual or entity using the Software "Usage Limitations" refers to the current limitations and restrictions published at covolute.com/limits 2. Grant of License 2.1 Free Tier License The Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Free Tier version of the Software subject to the Usage Limitations published on the Covolute website. These limitations may be modified at any time at the Licensor's discretion. 2.2 Premium Tier License Upon payment of the required subscription fees, Licensee receives access to features and usage limits as defined in their subscription plan on the Covolute website at the time of purchase. 3. Restrictions The Licensee shall not: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels Transfer, sublicense, lease, rent, or resell the Software Use the Software to create derivative works Attempt to bypass any technical limitations or usage restrictions 4. Intellectual Property The Software, including source code, structure, and organization, is owned by the Licensor This license does not grant ownership rights to the Software All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor 5. Term and Termination Free Tier licenses are perpetual subject to compliance with terms Premium Tier licenses are valid for the duration of paid subscription Licensor may terminate license upon breach of terms Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of Software 6. Warranty Disclaimer THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 7. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE. 8.
